Yes, This Modification Will Make A Huge Difference. No More Cloggs, No More PTFE Tube To Change, Much Higher Printing Speed, Many Commercial Nozzles Material And Size.
Check the bearing on the video, it shows a much higher filament extrusion (PET-G at 235°C, nozzle 0.8mm) accomplished with this new heat block and wider nozzle section up to 1.2mm.
A few parts redesigned by unartvisuel.ch are available to improve the hot end for the Zmorph SX & VX Single Extruder And The Dual Extruder (not the Dual Pro!). A redesigned heat break tube and a heat block with commercial nozzles size.
It is basically a Volcano Nozzle, with an adapted Heat Block and a Heat Break Tube modified length. As I do not have other versions of Zmorph 3DPrinters, I do not have other specifications to adapt this in them.
